In 2021, Interenergy agreed to acquire a portfolio of three trusts, each owning 10 MW of wind power projects in Uruguay. The wind farms, named María Luz, Villa Rodríguez, and Rosario, have an integrated operational capacity of 40MW whose sales are entirely secured by take or pay long-term power purchase agreements with UTE through 2039.
In 2023, Interenergy acquired another trust that sells the energy produced by a 10 MW wind park to UTE.
